Frequently Asked Questions

As T:>Digital continues to develop, we will be updating the Frequently Asked Questions periodically to help facilitate your registration process for T:>Digital.

Your subscription

How do I access my redeemed items?
Once payment is made, you will receive a separate email with your selected digital creations and the credits available, please note that you will have 1 week (168 hours) to view your selected digital creation(s) once you have claimed them.

How will I be able to access the digital creations that will be released later in the year?
We are currently developing T:>Digital on a subscription platform on this website. Once this becomes available, your subscription will be migrated to the subscription platform where you will be able to access a larger suite of digital creations within your subscription cycle.

When will the lecture series become available?
They will be available from 16 May 2022. Please keep a lookout for updates on future digital creations that will be available on your subscription cycle when you sign up.

Is there an age restriction to the subscription?
Yes, as some digital creations are rated R21 – you must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration to subscribe to T:>Digital. Your subscription will not be accepted if you are below 21 years old.

Can I gift a T:>Digital subscription?
Yes! Share the gift of T:>Digital with your loved ones. Write to us with the recipient’s name and email and we will process your request shortly.

Vimeo related questions

How do I access the content I’ve redeemed through Vimeo?
You should receive an email within 1-2 working days with links to your selected digital creations. Please note that they are for one-time use and cannot be shared with anyone else. Log in or join Vimeo for free and the link will be activated with your account. The video is available immediately or can be saved for later within one week.

Can I watch the digital creations I’ve selected more than once?
You can view the digital creation within a week of activating your link under your Vimeo account through the purchases section.

I am experiencing an error message on Vimeo when I activate a link, what should I do?
Please try refreshing the page again. If the issue persists please contact us.

Credits related questions

What do I do if I have unused credits from my annual subscription?
Unused credits can be rolled over to the next year when you renew your subscription.

I only want one or two credits instead of the full membership, can I purchase the credits individually?
Yes, you may purchase credits without a membership. Individual credits are priced at $15 each. Please write to us.

I’m an existing subscriber and have used up all my credits, can I purchase more?
Yes, existing subscribers can purchase them at $10 each or buy 5 more at $28. Please write to us.

Can I share credits with my friends?
Credits can be shared, please write to us if you wish to transfer them and we will process your request accordingly.

Payment related questions

What payment methods do you accept?
As of now, we only accept payment through Bank Transfer and PayNow.

Will you have other payment modes available?
We are still exploring other possible payment methods in the future to cater to more audiences, do keep a lookout on our website for updates.

Cancellations and Refunds
No cancellations and refunds are allowed at this point, we hope to seek your understanding on this matter.
